Checkout was fine, nothing confusing or anything. It was just a lil slow for me, but it still went through okay.

I tried ordering from them twice, and both times the items were listed as in stock, only for me to be told later they were actually unavailable. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels wrong to let people place orders for things you don’t have. If something isn’t available, it shouldn’t still be showing up on the site like it is.

I reached out to customer service hoping they could help me sort things out, but I didn’t get much of anywhere. The replies felt unhelpful, and compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, it was just...

In my experience, the prices seemed higher than I expected for what I got. I’ve seen the same or very similar items cheaper elsewhere, so personally it didn’t feel like the best value for me.

The flower was alright, nothing terrible, but it didn’t really feel that fresh either. A couple of the buds smoked fine, but one strain was noticeably dry. What annoyed me more was that it seemed like it had been handled carelessly, like it wasn’t packed or stored with much attention. For the price, I’d say it was just average overall...

When I opened the bag, the buds looked okay overall. A few had some nice color to them and those orange hairs looked good, but the trim was a little rough in spots, and some pieces were kind of squished like... I don’t know, not the best first impression.

Bag appeal was average for me. It wasn’t bad or anything, just didn’t really stand out either. Based on looks alone, 3 stars feels about right...

My delivery took way longer than I expected, and I didn’t really get clear updates along way. I ended up just waiting around, which got annoying. Maybe other people had better experience, but based on my order, I wouldn’t use them again

I tried using one of their discount promos, but it just wouldn’t apply at checkout and there was no clear explanation why. that feels misleading and not worth the hassle. It left a bad impression, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

Maybe they’ve been around long enough to have things figured out, I’m not totally sure, but it felt fine overall. I’d still recommend doing your own checks like you would with any online shop, but my experience was decent. 4 stars.

It felt like the same few options repeated over and over, and of course the ones I actually wanted weren’t even there. Super annoying if you like having choices. Whoever’s in charge of stocking this stuff is kind of a goofball.

I kept having to go back to the site to double-check things, which was kind of annoying. So yeah, not the worst experience, but for this type of product, I’d really expect the labels to be clearer.

I used burnabybuds.co and it was easy to figure out. Menus made sense, pages loaded quick for me, and I didn’t feel lost trying to find stuff.

Only thing I noticed is some products could use little more info. Also, layout on mobile can feel bit crowded here and there, especially when scrolling around.

But overall, ordering was simple and I found what I needed without much trouble. Good site in general, just needs few small cleanups.

I ordered from burnabybuds.co a few times, i kind of regret giving it that many chances. The effects were all over the place for me, even when I ordered the same strain. One time it was actually decent, but the next time it felt like barely anything happened.
I get that stuff like this can vary a bit, and I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect every single order. But it ended up feeling way too random, and that made it hard to trust what I was getting. I wish it had worked out better, but I don’t see myself ordering again.
